Generate an MSO Live Scoreboard App Shortcut

Setup this shortcut on the computer/display you will run the MSO Live Scoreboard from.

This shortcut launches MSO Live Scoreboard as a Web App on your computer/display where you will run Live Scoreboard.

NOTE: this is an optional step, you can run MSO Live Scoreboard from any browser by going to this website in a brower: live.meetscoresonline.com/Kiosk

For Chrome on Windows

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Press Ctrl + T to open a new tab (this keeps these instructions visible in your original tab).
  3. In the Address Bar, type or paste chrome://version and press Enter.
  4. Find the line labeled Executable Path: on the page that loads.
  5. Highlight the entire path shown (e.g. C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe or the (x86) version), then press Ctrl + C to copy it.
  6. Return to this page/tab and paste the copied path into the input box below.
  7. The full shortcut command will automatically populate in the text area below.
  8. Copy the generated shortcut text, like:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\...
  9. Right-click an empty spot on your Desktop → New → Shortcut.
  10. In the "Type the location of the item" field, paste the full command you copied.
  11. Click Next.
  12. Name the shortcut (e.g., "MSO Live Scoreboard Kiosk" and click Finish.
  13. Double-click the new shortcut to launch the MSO Live Scoreboard in kiosk mode.
